Terms & Conditions

All stock is sold as healthy and as described to the best of our knowledge.

Unless sold as sexed we do not guarantee sex, if sold as sexed and we have made a mistake we will either exchange or make a refund of the bird if returned.

Carriage of birds is at your risk, we will try our best to ensure safe delivery. Eggs are guaranteed safe delivery and if damaged will be replaced or refunded upon proof of damage within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.

Eggs are carefully hand wrapped not in  Poly’ egg box, as we feel this gives a better chance of hatching as poly box’s hold the shell too  firm and any trauma or shock is transmitted into the contents of the egg damaging the air space .

Eggs are sold as fresh and fertile and are taken from our own hatching eggs that we constantly incubate through out the season.

Cash with order or deposit by prior arrangement is required. If we are unable for any reason to supply your order we will refund in full your payment.

We are able to accept payment by PayPal (if you pay the charge ),if you send an order by e-mail we will send you a request for the funds once received your order will be processed.

We can not guarantee to get your birds delivered on a specific time unless arrangements have been agreed with us and the delivery company.

If you require any thing not show on this price list please give us a call as occasionally we have other stock in and may be able to help.

Delivery

We can arrange delivery of birds for you by an independent  Company that will quote on request but starts at £45.00 per delivery address . They can be either transported over night, or delivered same day depending upon delivery address.

You are welcome to collect your birds if you wish, please call in advance to arrange directions and time to ensure that birds and boxes can be ready for you.

Please note that day old guinea fowl or young goslings  must be collected.
